Trigger is our “pound rescue” dog, who loves to go for walks, which we usually do early in the morning.  Our routine is to walk around our neighborhood with Sue and Buddy. George, the cat, is so curious!  It was relatively easy picking a name for him because he was into everything, drawers, closets, cabinets, etc.  He likes to open the cabinets and go inside, just to see what is there.  And he loves to play ball. I became a realtor 20+ years ago, after experiencing transactions which were very stressful, and knew that I could do a better job!  I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.  In 1996, I started Results Realty in Asotin, and worked mostly alone for several years, and mainly work referrals from satisfied customers and clients.  There was more business than I could handle alone, so I cloned myself into The Results Realty Team.  We work together, helping one another, and have fun doing it!  Our main goal is to help you find the perfect home to buy at the best price and terms, and to help you get your house sold in the shortest amount of time for the best price.  We constantly monitor the market, and make it available for you on our website. Marilyn Kurdy Realtor® mlkurdy@cableone.net Cell: 208.413.0039 I am originally from Los Angeles and lived in California until moving to Lewiston in 1996.  My husband, Tom, was born in Grangeville, but grew up in Lewiston.  We moved back here to take care of his mom.  We own a home on Normal Hill that we have been renovating for 12 years.  We have made every mistake you can make in renovating a home and we are proud of it!  Before getting my real estate licenses, I worked in Medicare insurance including eight years with Regence BlueShield of Idaho.  In 2006 I took up the violin; something I have wanted to do for a long time.  In 2007 I graduated from LCSC with a degree in Business and Communication.  In 2008 I received my real estate licenses in Idaho and Washington and was a sales agent with Re/Max Executives.  I joined Results Realty October 1st.  I am currently a member of the Lewis-Clark Board of Realtors and the Lewiston Chamber of Commerce.
